Adding cookies in makes it more FUN (obviously 🥰) The original, Square breathing, is taught to first responders, and athletes to focus, gain control, and manage stress. It also helps control worry and nervousness. Here's how it works: Breathe In: Inhale the smell of your fave freshly baked cookie for a count of four. Hold: Hold your breath for a count of four. Breathe Out: Exhale slowly, as if blowing to cool the cookie down for a count of four. Hold: Pause, holding for another count of four. Cookie Breath transforms a simple breathing exercise into something MUCH more fun. 😄 Give Cookie Breath a try whenever the big feelings hit (and practice it with your child throughout the day!)
