How to Perform the Drill: 1️⃣ Start in your hitting stance with slight pressure in the back leg. 2️⃣ Load back naturally, keeping your head centered and weight balanced. 3️⃣ As you begin the forward move, hold the back-leg angle—don’t let it collapse. 4️⃣ Focus on activating rotation from the front hip, allowing the back side to release through the swing. 5️⃣ Repeat slowly to build feel, then add tempo once you can control balance and sequence.
