CATALONIA RIVIERA MAYA RESORT TOUR // PUERTO AVENTURAS MEXICO

In this video Angela and I take off to the beautiful Mayan Riviera in Puerto Aventuras Mexico. We stayed for one week at the Hotel Catalonia Riviera Maya. We took a direct flight from Ottawa to Tulum International Airport which is only one year old, otherwise we would have flown to Cancun. This is an all inclusive hotel with three room package options, the standard room, the privileged room or the exclusive room. You must be an Exclusive Club member to book an exclusive room. The staff hospitality was amazing and changed rooms for us as we were not happy with our first room patio facing a corner wall with loud fans. The food was very good with a variety of meat, chicken and fish dishes with plenty of sides to choose from, including a lot of desserts. We enjoyed all meals at the buffet. The restaurants require booking them in the morning for the dinner service, which we had difficulty booking on the app. Our upgraded package allowed us to enter some of the restaurants without a reservation. I will be doing a video dedicated to the food at the resort. The pools and alcohol service close early, however the beach bar and disco are open later. We had a great trip and look forward to another visit to Mexico. We would definitely stay at the Catalonia Riviera Maya again and recommend it to others.
