Die letzten 5 Schuss werden als Finalsalve auf Schlag geschossen. Nachdem ich Ende 2022 wieder nach China konnte, habe ich versucht, wieder eine Produktionsmöglichkeit für Funke-Batterien zu schaffen, welche wir kaum noch herstellen können, seit ich ab Ende 2020 wegen Corona nicht mehr nach China konnte und die Pacht unserer alten Fabrik auslaufen lassen musste. Ich hatte auch eine neue Fabrik gefunden und einen Vertrag geschlossen, jedoch lief der chinesische Feuerwerks-Markt Anfang des Jahres so gut, wodurch der Preis für Fabriken deutlich gestiegen ist. Daraufhin hat der "Vertragspartner" versucht mich entgegen dem Vertrag rauszuschmeißen, mit Hilfe eines Bekannten von ihm welcher eine führende Position in der der Hunan Commission for Disciplin Inspection innehat, der höchsten Anti-Korruptionsbehörde der Provinz. Ja, große Überraschung, in China sind selbst die Beamten, die die Korruption bekämpfen sollen, korrupt. Zudem hat der "Vertragspartner" mehrfach den Eingang der Fabrik blockiert, den Strom abgestellt, meine Mitarbeiter bedroht, Unterlagen gestohlen, etc, ohne dass die lokale Polizei etwas unternommen hätte. Letztlich habe ich dann die deutsche Botschaft um Hilfe gebeten, welche sich ans chinesische Außenamt gewendet hat, und ich habe die letzten Monate auf Behörden und vor Gericht verbracht, statt mich um die Produktion kümmern zu können, wie eigentlich geplant. Bisher ist die Sache immer noch nicht vorbei, die Fabrik ist wegen der Streitigkeiten aber zu, wir können also wieder nichts produzieren. Und auch bei dem wenigen, was wir machen konnten, hat leider vieles nicht geklappt wie es sollte, da ich fast täglich damit eingespannt war mich gegen die oben genannten Aktivitäten zur Wehr zu setzen, und die chinesischen Mitarbeiter (wie gewohnt) ihr bestes tun verkehrt zu machen was immer sie können. Hier jedenfalls nun die Funkenweide Rotblinker. Schweifaufstiege und Funkenweide-Sterne sind gut wie ich finde, aber leider die roten Blinker sehr schwach. Wir hätten aber den Artikel sonst nicht mehr fertig stellen können, und ich musste jeden Tag damit rechnen dass die korrupten Behörden uns die Produktion schließen (was kurz darauf auch passiert ist), weswegen es leider nicht mehr möglich war eine neue Charge Sterne zu produzieren.. The "contractor" also repeatedly blocked the entrance to the factory, turned off the electricity, threatened my employees, stole documents, etc. without the local police taking any action. Ultimately, I asked the German embassy for help, which then contacted the Chinese foreign affairs department, and I spent the last few months in government offices and in court instead of being able to take care of the production as originally planned. So far the matter is still not over, but the factory is closed because of the disputes, so we can't produce anything again. And unfortunately, even with the little that we were able to do, a lot of things didn't work out as they should, as I was busy defending myself against the above-mentioned activities almost every day, and the Chinese employees (as usual) were doing their best to fuck up whatever they can. In any case, here is the "Funkenweide Rotblinker". Tails and Funkenweide stars are good in my opinion, but unfortunately the red strobe is very weak. But we wouldn't have been able to finish the article otherwise, and I had to expect every day that the corrupt authorities would shut down our production (which happened shortly afterwards), which is why it was unfortunately no longer possible to produce a new batch of stars..
