A film about the Finnlines ferry MS Europalink in service on the route Travemünde - Malmö between Germany and Sweden in July 2021. In this film we are on a crossing with the Europalink from Travemünde to Malmö and back, during our crossing we visit also the bridge and engine rooms of the Europalink. The Europalink was built in 2007 by the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy and was operated by Finnlines on the Malmö - Travemünde route. In 2009, the ship switched to the Helsinki - Travemünde route. At the end of 2009, the route was extended to include the ports of Rostock and Gdynia. At the end of 2012, the ship went to the shipping company Grimaldi Lines and operated in the Mediterranean on the route Patras - Igoumenitsa - Brindisi - Ancona - Triest. From 2015 to 2018, the Europalink was in service on the Palermo - Livorno route. In 2018, the ship returned to the Baltic Sea and was again in service on the Malmö - Travemünde route. In 2022, the ship switched to the route Naantali - Långnäs - Kapellskär and the ship's flag also changed from the Swedish to the Finnish flag.
