Episode Number 13 - Great day trip from the mountains to the valleys!

A great day trip can be had driving from Adaminaby NSW in Australia's High Country, up over the north end of Kosciuszko National Park to Kiandra. Turning towards Tumbarumba and visiting O'Hares Rest Area on the Tumut River, then to Paddy's River falls on the way. From Tumbarumba travelling to Batlow NSW through rolling hills and seeing apple trees laden with fruit before making our way to Tumut and visiting the newly re-opened Tumut River Brewing Company for a cider and a snack. Leaving Tumut we head back up the mountains, past Blowering Dam and Jounama Pondage, climbing the steep 6km climb to the top of Talbingo Mountain and then returning to Adaminaby. This trip took a leisurely 9 hours and travelled 348km. My longest YT Epsode so far but a condensed version to 40 minutes. Please Like, Subscribe and leave a comment. Thank you for your support. Pete
