Try making this delicious curry I made on a cold winters day as a little winter warmer. It is packed full of flavour and can be made from any meats or poultry and even vegetables. Hope you enjoy.. Ingredients: 1 large red pepper half in small dice, half in large dice 1 large yellow pepper half in small dice, half in large dice 1 large large onion half in small dice, half in large dice 1 1/2 teaspoons of gram masala 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon curry powder 2 tablespoons of plain flour 160ml coconut cream or milk 600ml of chicken stock 3-4 pheasant breasts diced into 1 inch pieces 1 large diced potato 1 tin chopped tomatoes 2 square inch fresh ginger 6 garlic cloves Big handful of fresh coriander 1 large red chilli Vegetable oil
