This video is a montage of the half-man half-lion incarnation of the Supreme Lord Vishnu, who appeared to protect His dear devotee Prahlāda, who was being tortured by his atheistic, demonic father Hiraṇyakaśipu. The Lord appeared in a form that surprised the atheistic demon, who had a boon that he could not be killed by any beast or man, during the day or night, indoors or outdoors, on the land, in the sky or in water, nor by any weapon. He thought he was immortal and hence invincible and thus embarked on his reign of terror. Yet, the Lord's appearance was inconceivable to him and he was ultimately vanquished.
