UNBOXING CIGARS Tatuaje Limited Lancero Collection by Pete Johnson & Don Pepin

Tatuaje means "tattoo" in Spanish. Tatuaje is also the nickname given to the master blender behind the Tatuaje cigar brand because he's covered in tattoos. Pete Johnson is the master blender behind the brand Tatuaje. I personally enjoy listening to him tell stories of his trials and tribulations. He always has an interesting story anytime he's giving an interview. One of those stories is how he came about working with Juan "Don Pepin" Garcia. Pete met Don Pepin and asked Pepin to roll him a cigar. Don Pepin had rolled a few cigars that Pete didn't absolutely love. So Pete went to his cigar collection and grabbed a rare Cuban cigar, showed it to Pepin, and said "this is what I want you to roll for me." Pepin had just arrived from Cuba and was very well-versed in Cuban cigars, he was especially skilled at rolling them. Pepin didn't know that this is what Pete was looking for. But now that he knew, Pepin ended up rolling the perfect cigar for Pete. And they lived happily ever after. Today, Don Pepin has a huge factory in Nicaragua where he rolls not only his own brand of My Father cigars, but he also rolls every cigar that Pete blends. That's a lot of cigars. Between the two of them, they have many different blends that they've released. Tatuaje is a recognized and respected boutique brand. Pete has released some masterful cigars for us to enjoy. This video showcases just a handful of those masterpieces. Tatuaje makes fantastic cigars, my personal favorite has to be the TAA 51th that I made an unboxing video for not too long ago. These guys are legends in the cigar world.
