The magnesium membrane shield technique using the NOVAMag® membrane by Dr. Giorgio Tabanella

Dr. Tabanella demonstrates the magnesium membrane shield technique that was recently published by Elad et al., to treat a compromised socket that has a massive buccal wall defect in the aesthetic zone. Due to the technical simplicity of this technique benefitting from the mechanical stability of the NOVAMag® membrane, the membrane was easily pushed into position without opening up a flap.
