Meet Tomas, a rising junior at Georgetown University studying Finance and part of BGO’s Asset Management team. From helping ensure our assets are performing at their best to building a dynamic lease tracker for occupancy trends and new leases, he’s been putting his skills into action. The best advice Tomas picked up from #TeamBGO: “Formatting and presentation are the most important tools you have for models: how you present your work matters.” He also credits Robert Naso, BGO’s Head of Asset Management, for showing him how relationship-driven real estate truly is, and why networking and building connections are key to success. When he’s in the office, you’ll often find him by the cold brew machine ☕. Outside of work, it’s sandwiches from Alidoro NYC and “White Room” by Cream to keep the motivation going.
