#PandaStory: Today was a JOYFUL day! Xiao Qi Ji was outside at the keeper gate and they were spraying him with the water hose! (Many, many thanks to the person who controlled the cam!) And just like his daddy Tian Tian, he LOVED it, and what a sight he was, sopping wet, licking the drops, rolling around, anointing himself, batting at and attacking the water, and his mommie Mei Xiang when she came into view! Then he ran to the evergreen off the patio and climbed, and when he descended, he rolled ... and rolled ... and rolled some more, getting filthy in the process! After a break, he was back at the patio gate and scent marking the Panda House. Then he did some more tree climbing, being his totally goofy, carefree self, tumbling out of the evergreens! Then Mei and Qi Ji were indoors in room 2 for a bit, so we got to see him nibble bamboo, harass his mother, and climb in the corner near the patio door as he waited to go outside. (Turn your audio on!) Around 2pm, Xiao Qi Ji asked to nurse ... and you can hear him vocalize both before and during the rather short nursing bout!
