Searching for the PERFECT small town in Washington

Are there small towns in Washington that are actually worth leaving city life for? After living in Tacoma for the past year, we’ve started seriously thinking about the next chapter of our life in Washington. If we’re going to put down roots here, we want to make sure we’re choosing the right place. So we took a road trip around Puget Sound to explore a few small towns we’d heard great things about - including Hoodsport and Shelton. Our goal is to see if any of these towns could realistically become our future home. What we didn’t expect was just how quickly one place started to feel… different. In this video we explore the towns, walk through parks and waterfronts, talk honestly about what life might look like there, and ask the big question: Could we actually leave the city for this?
