So all the prolapses when it is outside the anal canal, if it's coming out it has to be treated surgically very mild rectal mucosal prolapse and very small prolapses we can give a trial of exercises in that there's something called kegels exercises or pelvic floor exercises wherein we'll be contracting and making the pelvic floor stronger so that it will get sucked in and it will hold that area that muscles will should hold the rectum inside. So for that we have a lot of studies it's not that simply at home you can see some videos and do those exercises specific exercises for specific issues there are something called levator an muscles something called external sprinters internal sprinters all those things whichever is weaker whichever is stretched out we separate exercises for that before that we do anal manometry study then MRI defecogram to see all that what are the issues and then accordingly we advise and with exercise we can make it better even after surgery for rectal prolapse who advise in certain exercises to keep it much more tighter and fitter. So there are certain exercises it's not that off handedly will tell some exercise don't start doing it that will cause other problems.
