More Charges for Tim Norman of Sweetie Pies | New Conspirator Named | Life Insurance Agent Indicted Hello everyone, and welcome back to my channel. I promised you guys that I would keep you updated on the case of Tim Norman from the show Welcome To Sweetie Pie's and his murder-for-hire case involving Tim's deceased nephew Andre. On Thursday, here in St. Louis, news broke that another conspirator was named. Waiel Rebhi Yaghnam was indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud or mail fraud. Yaghnam was most known for being a producer on Nelly's album, "Nellyville". Yaghnam also owns a tshirt business as well as being a life insurance agent. Yaghnam is accused of filing false documents regarding the life insurance policy that was initiated by Tim to cover his nephew Andre Montgomery Jr. In court documents, it states that Tim made false statements about Andre's health, income, family background and more, in order to see fit that the policy was accepted.
