What You’ll Need 4x forequarter lamb chops 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup hoisin sauce 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce 5 cloves of minced garlic 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1/2tsp sesame oil 1 cup cornflour What To Do Thoroughly mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil in a bowl. Coat both sides of the chops with cornflour and then layer them into the bowl of the slow cooker Pour the mixture over lamb chops. Cook on low heat for 6 hours or 4 hours on high. Baste the chops with the sauce every 2 hours. Serve with your favourite vegetables. Spoon the sauce fro the slow cooker bowl over the chops. ENJOY
