Rich & Izzy’s Early Spring Wedding at Crondon Park, Essex | Captured by 3 Cheers Media On the 15th of March 2025, Rich & Izzy tied the knot in a joyful, sun-soaked celebration at the beautiful Crondon Park in Stock, Essex — and what a day it was. Set against a backdrop of rolling countryside and crisp spring air, this wedding had everything: elegance, emotion, fun, and a surprise or two along the way. The Venue – Crondon Park, Essex Crondon Park is one of Essex’s most sought-after wedding venues, and it’s easy to see why. Tucked away in the charming village of Stock, this 17th-century Baronial Hall is bursting with rustic character. The exposed beams, grand high ceilings, and original features give it a warm, romantic atmosphere, while the surrounding countryside views add that extra wow factor. Whether it’s the stunning oak-framed ceremony space, the elegant reception area, or the tranquil gardens — every corner of Crondon offers a cinematic opportunity. Rich & Izzy made full use of this breathtaking venue, and it served as the perfect stage for their relaxed yet refined celebration. Bridal Prep – Calm, Classy and Full of Light The day began with bridal preparations in a room flooded with beautiful natural light — the kind that makes a videographer’s job a dream. The mood was the perfect balance of calm and excitement as Izzy and her bridal party sipped Prosecco, laughed, and took in the moments leading up to the ceremony. Every shot felt timeless, with that soft spring sunlight filtering through the windows and highlighting the joy in the room. These bridal prep shots are genuinely some of the best I’ve ever filmed — elegant, authentic, and full of heart. The Ceremony – Emotional, Personal and Picture-Perfect The ceremony took place in the heart of Crondon Park’s Baronial Hall. The space was dressed beautifully, with personal touches that reflected Rich & Izzy’s style. Friends and family filled the room, bringing a warmth that matched the early spring sunshine. There was laughter, a few happy tears, and a deep sense of connection as the couple said their vows and became husband and wife. The Surprise – Singing Waiters Bring the Party to Life Just when guests thought they’d seen it all, the singing waiters made their entrance just after the main meal. What started as a subtle performance soon turned into a full-on party, with guests up on their feet, napkins waving in the air, and an entire wedding breakfast turned into a dance floor. It was completely unexpected and absolutely brilliant — a real highlight that had everyone talking. Working Alongside Photographer Gary Derbridge One of my personal highlights from the day was working alongside my good friend and talented photographer, Gary Derbridge. We’ve teamed up on many weddings over the years, and there’s a rhythm to how we work together that always brings out the best in the couple and the footage. When the photo and video teams are in sync, the day flows so much smoother — and it absolutely shows in the results. Couple Time – Light, Love, and Cinematic Magic As the golden afternoon sun bathed the venue in soft light, we took Rich & Izzy for a walk around the grounds for their couple shoot. Crondon Park’s surroundings came alive in that early spring glow — long views across the golf course, charming little garden corners, and the open skies of the Essex countryside. The footage from this part of the day is some of my favourite — simple, romantic, and beautifully natural.
