Kurdistan Through My Eyes| Beautiful Villages, Family Moments & Farewell With Tears 😭 | Halabja | Sulaymaniyah | Hawler |    / @shoaybmarzia   In Part 4 of our Kurdistan trip, we squeezed everyone into one car and headed toward the border — not only to meet family who were preparing to leave, but also to explore the beautiful villages along the way. What started as a peaceful road trip quickly turned into an emotional moment when we unexpectedly saw our relatives coming from the opposite direction. We stopped right there on the road — hugs, tears, and pure emotions. Seeing our eldest aunt with them made the moment even more special and unforgettable. We continued our day at a traditional Kurdish restaurant, surrounded by red carpets, autumn leaves, and the comforting atmosphere of old traditions. From sweeping the space the old-fashioned way to enjoying authentic food and tea, every moment felt warm and deeply rooted in culture. As the sun set, reality hit. Saying goodbye to family was the hardest part of the journey. The silent drive to the border, the final hugs, and the heavy emotions stayed with us long after. Later, we visited Biyara on a Friday, where the calm streets, open shops, and peaceful mosque atmosphere reminded us of a simpler and more trusting way of life. This episode marks the emotional ending of our Kurdistan journey and get back to UK.
