Passion, community, hard work, and dedication. It all came together to create a small town transformation for the Kansas hometown of NFL Chicago Bears offensive lineman Cody Whitehair. Abilene High School wanted a new central gathering space for its community, beyond the basic K-12 outdoor sports facility. A place Cody could host football summer camps for young athletes to grow their skills. Our design-build solution was named the 2022 Sports in Kansas Facility of the Year. From demo to completion, we consulted, created, and constructed: master planning, architecture & design, field design, base construction, turf installation, sod & irrigation, concrete, vertical construction, and track. From a dream to an award-winning complex for high school football players, cheerleaders, marching band members, and all of their family and fans.
