Lecture: https://www.admissionhackers.com/circ... Type 1: Arc Length & Sector Area What you need to know - 2 Equations How to recognize - mentions the word arc/sector, or deals with a portion of the circle’s area or circumference What to be aware of - the equation itself is equal to the arc length/ sector area, but the harder questions will ask you to find the radius with the given arc length or sector area. In other words, you want to know how to move variables around & isolate what you are looking for Type 2: Characteristics of the circle What you need to know - Memorize all the characteristics given in the private lecture How to recognize - The question will hint at it using certain keywords (like tangent to the circle). When you see them, you want to test them out to see if it’s what the questions testing. What to be aware of - Make sure you memorize ALL the characteristics. It’s one of those questions in which you know it or you don’t. Type 3: Equation of the circle What you need to know - Basic structure of the equation & completing the square (covered in the private lecture) How to recognize - mentions the circle in the question & gives equations in choices (or vice versa) What to be aware of - On the left side of the equation, the X & Y must be added (like (x-h)^2 ++++++++ (y-k)^2). If it’s subtracted, the equation will not show the center/radius and wouldn’t work. Covered in detail at the private lecture Two brains are better than one: let's work together to HACK this bad boy and get that 800! . . . . ----------------------------------------------- 𝗥 𝗘 𝗦 𝗢 𝗨 𝗥 𝗖 𝗘 𝗦 [𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲] 🎞 Tik Tok / sat_john . 🏫 SAT Prep Discord Server: / discord . 🏆 3-Step To 700+ On SAT Math Without Naturally Being Good At Math [Free Masterclass] https://www.admissionhackers.com/summ... . 📄 SAT Math Study Plan: • [August SAT Math] The Best SAT Math Summer... . . . , 𝗣 𝗥 𝗢 𝗚 𝗥 𝗔 𝗠 𝗦 [𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗱] 📚 SAT Math Accelerator [6-Week Prep Course]: https://www.admissionhackers.com/sma . ⚡️ SAT Math Solidifier [400+ Hard Question Mastery] https://www.admissionhackers.com/sms . 🔍 SAT Math Analyzer [Instantly Find Your Weak Concepts]: https://www.admissionhackers.com/anal... . ☎️ 30 Minutes With John [Consultation] https://bit.ly/3kX8k44 . . . . ----------------------------------------------- FAQ Name: John Where did you study - Emory University What did you major in - Economics & Psychology Can you tutor me - Contact me ([email protected]) How long have you been teaching - Since 2012 Why do you decide to teach - It was tough for me to figure it all out when I was in high school, and my goal is to make it a lot easier for current students Can you make videos on Reading & Writing - I don’t know those sections well enough to talk about them. -----------------------------------------------
