#pitbossnation #breakfast Breakfast: it's the most important meal of the day right? Well we're also going to make it the most delicious by throwing it in the smoker! Today we're making this delicious smoked breakfast skillet on my ‪@samthecookingguy‬ 12-inch cast iron skillet for a breakfast that's out of this world delicious and super simple to make! Recipe: Cook 1lb of breakfast sausage links directly on the smoker grates (could also use ground sausage in a pan) Roughly chop links and set aside In a mixing bowl mix 8 eggs with 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper (or more if you like), 3/4 cup heavy cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese (I used a mixture of cheddar and swiss) In a 12-inch cast iron skillet, butter the bottom and sides Add 1 pack of frozen hash browns Mix in cooked sausage Pour egg mixture over the top Smoke at 350 degrees for 45 minutes Top with parsley Try not to eat the whole thing!
