BRITISH 24 HOUR KART RACE 2013 ONBOARD PART 1 this race is part of the european pro kart endurance championship run by teeside autodrome the championsip and this british 24 hour race i have won both before. there is 4 different classes of karts in this race we are in the slowest class after starting 5th in our class we move up to 3rd after a couple of laps then drop back to about 6th with slow engine response and speed we have them checked at 1st driver change we loose a good few laps to our class leader and drop to about 16th in class we dont get much improvement from engines after 2nd driver does his 1st drive i get in for my 1st drive about 430pm race started at 1pm there is no weight limit for our class this year for some reason so i am able to pass some heavyer drivers but our kart is still struggling for pace. we pray for rain i am able to catch our class leader as there are no blue flags in this race so you just go as fast as possible sometimes you battle with someone in your class who is in front of you in the standings and sometimes behind in the standings then the faster class karts you try and give room to without loosing to much laptime they are much faster so you can stay flat out but they sometimes dive on you late into the corners. with my 1st stint it starts to rain a little thats where we can make up good time with people spinning. subscribe so you dont miss part 2 thanks for watching
