Denver Fire Station 8's new apparatus responding to calls: Engine 8 - 2018 Pierce Velocity to an elevator rescue Truck 8 - 2017 Pierce Velocity (105' rear mount) to a medical call Engine 8 and Truck 8 were both replaced a few months ago. Station 8 in the Capitol Hill neighborhood is the busiest fire hall throughout the City of Denver, Colorado. It houses the busiest Engine Company (E8 with approx. 6,000 calls per year) and the second busiest Truck Company (T8 with about 3,400 calls per year). The busiest Truck Company is the neighboring Truck 4 with incredible 6,800 calls per year. This makes it the busiest Truck Company in the entire US (source: https://cdn.firehouse.com/files/base/...)
