So today I made a lovely batch of chocolate Digestive biscuits! This is my first time making these and they were absolutely amazing…easy to make too :) Perfect for dunking into tea or coffee. I got my little stamper from Amazon, it only cost a few pounds…worth investing in, if like me, you make a lot of biscuits! Everything I used is listed below. -Cheryl x ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ What I used - 3 inch cookie cutter - makes 15 biscuits 225g (1 ⅔ cups) whole wheat or wholemeal flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon sea salt 90g (¾ cup) icing or confectioners sugar 120g (4.2 oz) cold butter, cubed 60ml ( ¼ cup) milk *Around 120g (4.2 oz) milk chocolate (optional) melted in the microwave* ______________________________________________________________ CONTACT ME: New P.O.
