Lectric makes great eBIkes, IMO. That said, any eBike will eventually need parts and/or repair, but not every ebike mfg stands behind their bikes with parts and support. Lectric stepped up when I recently discovered an issue on the Lectric XP 3.0. Not only did they quickly identify the potential trouble source, but they sent the part FAST....and it fixed the problem!
