AIR FRYER CHICKEN FAJITAS 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced into 2 in strips 1 each red, green, yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1 packet fajita seasoning 2-3 Tbsp olive oil Preheat air fryer to 390. Add chicken to a large bowl, toss in about 1 Tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with about half of the fajita seasoning packet, toss well. Add all veggies and remaining olive oil and toss. Sprinkle remaining seasoning and toss. Add the mixture to the air fryer basket (spray basket with a little oil first) and air fry at 390 for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. If your chicken is thicker, it may take an additional 5 minutes. Just make sure your chicken is 165 degrees F in the middle.
