✝️ “Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Philippians 4:8 New Living Translation We hiked the East Bank Baker Lake trail (north end) to the Noisy Creek campground with two side trips for a total of about 12 miles round-trip with 1300 feet elevation gain. The lower winter lake level creates a sandy/rocky/muddy beach on the peninsula near Noisy Creek, perfect spot for taking a lunch break and enjoying the views. With minimal wind, the calm waters of Baker Lake created perfect reflections of the surrounding peaks. After lunch, we continued a short distance farther south along the trail to the bridge over Noisy Creek. We then took the Noisy Creek trail uphill for about a half mile to a 12-foot diameter, ancient Douglas Fir tree. This is a lovely late fall destination before the snow gets too deep and the road becomes undrivable. More information: ➡️ https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/b... ♥️Thank you so much for watching.
