St. Patrick's Day Scavenger Hunt 2025 for kids! Attention everyone! St. Patrick's Day is nearly here, which means it's time to try catching a leprechaun—or at least give it our best shot! Those sneaky little tricksters always seem to slip out of our traps. We've been crafting leprechaun traps for years, but they've outsmarted us every time. This year, we decided to up our game with some research. We reviewed all our past trap designs to figure out which ones came closest to success, then planned to improve them. And this time, we’ve got a secret weapon: GREEN SLIME AND GOLD SPARKLE CONS! Leo will get stuck when he steps on the slimy stick green slime! I built a trap with a long slide leading into a cardboard box wrapped in green, with a pile of slime waiting at the bottom. At the top of the slide, I placed a rainbow to lure them down. We designed an awesome coin trap and a slide trap too! We loaded our traps with slime and candy to boost our chances of snagging a leprechaun. I can’t wait to see if our traps finally work this year!
