Tour of the 84m² apartment designed by Studio Elã Arquitetura for a young couple who bought their first apartment and wanted to make better use of the space, with more neutral items and decor that could be changed according to their wishes, and wanted to have a suite. The architects transformed the apartment that had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. After a project that lasted 3 months and a construction that took approximately 5 months to complete, they integrated the kitchen and living room, transformed a bedroom into a suite with a closet, and created a full bathroom in place of a small toilet that now serves the other two bedrooms, one that serves as an office for one and the other that is multifunctional, being both an office and a guest room.
