Watch till the end to see the perfect bhindi gosht kaise banate hain and enjoy this flavorful dry fry recipe with your family! #BhindiGosht #DesiStyleRecipe #MuttonFry 🌶️ Bhendi Gosht Stir Fry Recipe (Desi Style) Ingredients: Bhendi (Okra) – 500 g (chopped) Meat – 500 g Oil – 200 g (100 g for bhendi + 100 g for gosht) Salt – as required Black Pepper – ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) – ½ tsp Chili Flakes – ½ tsp Coriander Powder – 1 tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) – 1 tsp Garam Masala – 1 tsp Curd – 3 tsp Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp Dry Red Chilies – 2 to 3 Onions – 2 big (chopped) Green Chilies – 4 to 5 Coriander Leaves – for garnish Water – 1 glass Instructions: Step 1: Fry the Bhendi (Okra) _Heat 100 g oil in a pan. _Add chopped bhendi and stir-fry for 10 minutes on medium flame. _Add a pinch of salt and ½ tsp black pepper. _Remove fried bhendi and set aside. Step 2: Marinate the Meat _In a bowl, add meat, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp haldi, ½ tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 3 tsp curd, and 2 tsp oil. _Mix everything well and marinate for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Step 3: Cook the Meat _Heat 100 g oil in a pan. _Add the marinated meat and cook for 5–10 minutes on medium flame. _Add 1 glass of water and cook for 15–20 minutes until meat becomes tender. Step 4: Combine Everything _Add chopped onions and green chilies. _Mix gently and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. _Add 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2–3 dry red chilies. _Add fried bhendi and mix everything well. _Cook for another 2–3 minutes on medium flame. Step 5: Garnish and Serve _Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. _Serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
