Hey, friends! Today, we're cooking up a juicy skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. Let's get to it! ⬇️⬇️⬇️RECIPE⬇️⬇️⬇️ Chimichurri Sauce: 1. Finely chop 3/4 cup of parsley. 2. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the mix. 3. Mince 4 garlic cloves. 4. Chop up 1 tablespoon of basil. 5. Dice 1 shallot. 6. Mince 1 tablespoon of thyme. 7. Pour in 3/4 cup of olive oil. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Mix it all up, then split the chimichurri sauce into two parts. Marinating the Steak: 1. Take 1 pound of skirt steak. 2. Marinate it in one part of the chimichurri sauce. 3. Pop it in the fridge for a delightful flavor infusion – about 2 hours. Mashed Potatoes: 1. Cube 8-10 potatoes. 2. Boil the potatoes until tender. 3. Add salt to taste. 4. Drain the water. 5. In 1.5 cups of hot milk, blend in 4 tablespoons of butter. 6. Mix the milky goodness into the potatoes and mash away.
