LIVE WATCH! - Tyler Robinson Hearing on Court Transparency - Charlie Kirk Murder - Attorney Analysis

We're back in court in Provo, Utah today for a "closure" hearing in State v. Tyler Robinson. Back on October 24, 2025, the court held a closed session to hear evidence and/or arguments (we're not sure exactly, because the hearing was closed) on Mr. Robinson's motion to appear in court in civilian clothes and unshackled. A transcript of the hearing has now been prepared and a consortium of media organizations is arguing that the transcript should be publicly released. It appears evident at this time that at least some of the transcript will be made publicly available, but the question is how much, and what will we get to know about what we aren't allowed to see and why we aren't allowed to see it. Tyler Robinson will be appearing in person at this hearing, so it will be our first look at him since his first appearance on October 16th, after nearly three months in jail. We are also expecting more insight into the court's perspective on transparency, as well as why the parties may wish to keep certain things from the public eye.
