Skyrim Real Life Landscapes & Ambient Soundtrack

After being a fan of the game Skyrim for the last 10 years and growing up with it. I noticed that some places I visit look similar to locations in Skyrim and thought I would share these with you in this video. I find that a lot of relaxation and ambient skyrim soundtracks on youtube often have game footage or areas on screen whilst the soundtrack plays out. I thought it would be cool to make one of those relaxation/study soundtrack videos whilst having crisp 4K settings that look a bit like Skyrim on screen. I realise that the aesthetics of Skyrim are based off Scandanavia and it is summer here in the UK, game locations like Riverwood, Riften and Markarth still bare a resemblence to this part of England in my opinion. A couple people also asked for a similar video to my 'Pucks Glen' POV hike which also had the Skyrim soundtrack in the background. All this footage was taken in and around the Borrowdale Valley in the English Lake District, just a couple hours drive from where I live and it was all recorded over two days in June. I paid close attention to the type of flora in the shots, trying to mainly film birch, ferns, foxgloves and pine trees. I also tried to find caves, rocky outcrops and areas populated by wild grasses.
