يتحدث البروفيسور مهدي عن عملية التعلبم من خلال خبرته الطويلة كمدرس للغة العربية في عدة جامعات في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية Prof. Mahdi Alosh is currently Visiting Professor of Applied Linguistics and Arabic at San Diego State University, Associate Adviser for master's and doctoral degrees in teaching Arabic and ESL at Damascus University, and Consultant to the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. He served as Associate Professor and Director of the Arabic Language Program at the Ohio State University for many years, and recently Head of the Research Chair at King Saud University. He authored several instructional textbooks as well as scholarly books and articles.
