(I found this recipe from Keepingitrelle.com) Meat Jun Marinade (this recipe is doubled) 1 cup shoyu 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoon mirin 2 teaspoon sesame oil 3 pounds sirloin thinly sliced 2 cup flour 8 eggs Cooking oil of choice For the sauce 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 4 tablespoons shoyu 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoon gochujang (spicy) 2 teaspoon garlic 2 teaspoon green onion Mandoo Video:    • How to Make Mandu (Mandoo)   Mandu Recipe: 6-7 cloves garlic 1 stalk green onion 3 C.
