National HBV Prevalence Surveys Periodic studies and vaccine impact assessments are crucial for effective monitoring and evaluation. 3. Healthcare Provider Education Integrate HBV training into medical and nursing curricula to combat stigma and improve care. 4. Community Engagement Partner with civil society and patient groups to address misconceptions and encourage testing. 5. Integrated HBV Services Embed HBV testing, vaccination, PMTCT, and care into primary and antenatal health services. 6. Updated National HBV Guidelines Align local guidelines with WHO recommendations, considering Sudan's specific challenges. 7. WHO-Prequalified Diagnostic Kits Ensure all laboratories use approved kits for accurate, standardised testing and reduced errors. 8. Strengthen Blood Safety Mandatory anti-HBc and NAT screening for all blood donations nationwide is essential. 9. Reliable Access to Treatment Guarantee uninterrupted supply of antivirals, affordable pricing, and consistent monitoring for long-term therapy. 10. Public Awareness Campaigns Mass media and community outreach are vital for improving knowledge, reducing stigma, and promoting prevention. 11. Cross-Government Collaboration Work across all sectors to eliminate structural stigma and discriminatory regulations within state institutions.
