GANNOMAT Express S2 M (motorized) CNC Hinge boring and insertion machine CNC controlled automatic drill and insertion machine for hinges and hardware for high capacity. The Express machine is made to use all brands and most models of furniture and cabinet hardware, specially hinges and mounting plates for cabinet doors. Developed for single piece and just in time production as well as large batch production. Hinges and mountingplates, as well as other hardware is feeded by quick change magazines at each station for the complete automatic process of boring and insertion. For fast processing of hinged doors the Express S2 is equipped with two heads for automatic hinge drilling and inserting. The left station is fixed and the right station is servo motor driven for automatic positioning. The Express machine is also available as Express S3 M (1x fixed and 2x motorized heads), Express S4 M (1x fixed and 3x motorized heads) as well as Express S5 M (1x fixed and 4x motorized heads) for even faster processing of multiple hinged doors. Bore and hinge dimenstions are programmed at the mobile control panel with large screen, keyboard and PC mouse as well as with easy and fast programming software. Opening and loading of machine programs is easy by PC mouse and even faster with a wireless barcode reader (option). The CNC positioning of the 2nd (right) station is automatic by CNC axis for fast and precise movement with positioning according the loaded program.
