The suit says this setup was intentionally designed to fool both players and regulators into thinking the site was legal entertainment instead of real-money gambling. The complaint also accuses Stake of targeting younger audiences and people vulnerable to gambling addiction by flooding social media with flashy videos and influencer livestreams. Drake and Adin Ross are named because of their high-profile promotion of Stake. Both are said to have been paid millions to stream themselves gambling and winning huge sums. The suit claims they were actually using company money rather than their own, making the streams misleading and dangerous to fans who might try to copy them. The lawsuit argues that these actions misled Missouri consumers, cost them real money, and broke state consumer protection and gambling laws. It asks the court to let other Missouri users join the case, refund the money people lost, fine the defendants, and stop them from promoting or running gambling operations in the state.
