Tender and yummy chicken meatballs for your dinner in a red aromatic sauce with a side dish – about it in our video recipe. ❤️ If you like the recipe and want to say thanks, you can buy us a coffee - http://buymeacoffee.com/alwaysyummy ✅ Ingredients: • chicken mince – 2,2 lb | 1 kg • bread crumbs – 2 oz | 50 g • parsley – 2 tbsp • bulb onion – 3 oz | 100 g • parmesan – 1,5 oz | 40 g • salt – 2,5 tsp • ground black pepper – ½ tsp • dried garlic – ½ tsp • 1 egg • flour – 2 tbsp • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp • bulb onion – 3 oz | 100 g • tomato puree – 1,1 lb | 500 g • water – ⅔ cup | 150 ml • cooking oil - 1 tbsp • red chili flakes – ½ tsp • sugar – 1 tbsp • ground coriander – 1 tsp • dried basil – 1 tsp • dried garlic – ½ tsp • tomato paste – 1 tbsp • garlic – 2 cloves ✅ You will need: • carving board • bowl • pan • saucepan 📙 Preparation: 1. Chop up the bulb onion and parsley. 2. Add the half of chopped up bulb onion, parsley, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and dried garlic into the chicken mince. 3. Add the cheese grated finely and beaten egg. 4. Combine the mince until smooth and leave for 15 minutes. 5. Pour 1 tbsp of vegetable oil into the heated pan, add 3 oz | 100 g of chopped bulb onion and minced garlic and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes stirring. 6. Add the tomato paste, stir and fry for a minute more. 7. Add the crushed tomatoes and water into the pan, stir well and add the red chili flakes, coriander, dried basil and garlic and sugar. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. 8. Make small meatballs out of the prepared chicken mince and lay out onto the floured board, flour atop the meatballs as well. 9. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides over high heat for 2-3 minutes. 10. Lau out the fried meatballs into the sauce and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the ready meatballs with basil leaves. Serve your chicken meatballs with a mashed potato, pasta, boiled rice or vegetables.
