READ DESCRIPTION IF YOU WANT TO READ MORE DETAIL ON HOW THE STRAT WORKS!: Some in-depth for the strat. What I do here is 10 in a row successfull attempts, then showing some not to do's and do another two succesfull attempts. I can go down into more detail if there needs to be. How the strat works: The point of the strat is to get the bot in chasing mode, and keeping it in chasing mode. For that to be successfull you need to execute things in a certain order for the strat to work. 1: When you have collected the Rocket Launcher ammo, you make sure your pistol has a full clip and the smg as well. Bring up the smg, drop down and go for the slanted part of the flooring, not anywhere else. This is because it will be hard to execute the strat otherwise and you just take damage for no reason. 2: When dropping down it does not really matter much when you shoot the bot, seemingly if you shoot it too early the bot is slower so I like to wait a little bit falling down before I start shooting. Empty the whole smg clip at the combot and go for the door while the smg is reloading. Keep in mind that the bot speed is random so sometimes it is quicker/slower, you have to be aware of this. 3: Bring out the pistol and empty at least 15 bullets, preferably 16 when the bot is going down the slope and into the middle part of the room. You want most bullets to hit for both the smg and pistol. This is so the damage the bot takes accumilates enough for it to reach hunting mode. Go behind the big door earlier or later depending on how fast the bot is. You do not want it to catch up to you too much or it will stop in the big room, but you need to make sure you most of the bullets at the bot before it enters the hallway behind you. Also, the bot can start to turn before going down after you, a hit from the pistol will cancel that turn. 4: Back up and dont shoot the bot more after your pistol is empty, go for the transportation system and stop at it standing on the transportation system. Keep in mind you have to go forward a bit so the belt doesnt move you too far away from the intersection. Now this is the most cruicial part here. You need to wait for the bot to catch up to you, but you need to time the backing up quite well in order for the bot to keep following you or it will fail, get stuck in the intersection and back up and troll the heck out of you. What I like to do is do tiny back ups (2-3 quick taps on the S-key) and then fully go backwards when it gets closer to me, but you get the idea by watching the runs here for the timing because it is a lot of feeling for it. Basically you want to get ready for the back up when the bots arm reaches into the intersection. 5: If executed correcly the bot should follow you. Importand, do NOT keep shooting at it at any point when it follows you past the intersection, it WILL stop and get stuck, back up or maybe go forwards. Turn around, climb the ladder, push both buttons and stand behind the beam to "lock" the bot in position right above the pit.
