It was our idea at the #humanityVsVirus challenge hackathon to create a platform similar to the one I worked with, if not better. A company with no physical presence of staffs but virtually confined in an work space. Our company (Edlac algorithm) gave the opportunity of working from home, earning and learning. It a win-win situation for the employees and employer. All they need do is to apply through the channels. Channels served as departmental units and had their head of operations. Just like a normal office organization chart, this organization has it well planned and timed. You need not be well dressed or brushed for office work to be done. Sleeping and working are the plus to the game. The company provides the office with the plug of freelancers mainly. Employers get their jobs done, employees get their money in return. The company pays only when jobs are done and concluded. The issue of transportation or grid lock most especially on the street of Lagos, Nigeria is erased. The office gives room to all customers from over the world to those remotely. It more of a link between the employer of labour and labour herself.
