Recorded and designed a big mix of some of my favourite lush, deep and atmospheric jungle / drum and bass trax from the late 90s, progressing from jazzy and dreamy to hard and fast 💿🎚🎛🎚💿 Evolving from its rougher and more rave-focused predecessor (   • xtatic hardcore - early 90s breakbeat hard...  , the atmospheric sound is a truly magical and forward-thinking genre that still sounds like the future, even 25-30 years later I’ve also been getting super interested in early 3D from the same era and how it’s tied to this type of music, so I learnt how to use some old 3D software and made some renders to go along with the mix. I designed a CD of the mix inspired by CD and record designs from the original tracks, and featuring the renders I made to accompany the mix inside (You can watch how I made everything here -    • jungle atmospherics design process   ).
