The success story of our customer who explained how his beer brewing system works and described his experience with PSS SVIDNÍK, a.s. JungfrauBräu is a brewery in the middle of the Swiss Apls, where the big mountains are. We started about 13 years ago with a very small brewhouse and every year we got bigger and bigger. Recently we have expanded in four steps with PSS SVIDNÍK, a.s.. PSS is a company from Slovakia, who makes all our tanks and parts of our brewhouse. We are very happy to work with these guys because they are very correct. PSS emloyees and staff work very hard. They always ask me about my needs in depth, they come up with different solutions for me to choose. PSS employees often say: „Just tell us what you want and we will make the solution.“ And they have good solutions and technology which suits our needs. Our capacity is currently 3000HL, our brewhouse is made for 5000HL. We have a 10HL brewhouse and we have fermentation tanks for 20HL and 40HL, we also have 40HL storage tanks. This whole system is operated by one person, thanks to the technology provided by PSS SVIDNÍK, a.s.. One operator can do 4 different steps at the same time. While he is Brewing Beer, he can clean the tanks, fill KEGs or transfer fermented beer from the Fermentation Tanks to the Serving Tanks. This is the main advantage compared to other Breweries who need more Brewers – two, three, sometimes four in order to make the same volume of Beer as we do with only one Brewer.
