For the zero defect warehouse, the KiSoft Vision series of products supports all the central processes from goods-in to dispatch. Vision Central Belt performs 100% checks of articles picked automatically by central belt autopickers. When the article is transferred from the central belt to a container or carton, Vision Central Belt reads the article on 6 sides. Lot and serial numbers based on a Data Matrix code (2D) are read and on request a 100 % check is carried out. Vision Central Belt increases quality and throughput in the entire process and fulfils the new legal requirements. Vision Central Belt can be retrofitted to existing systems.
