1969 Chevelle Rescue MOTOR IS COMING OUT !!! Compression test didn’t solve it. Spark plugs didn’t solve it. Torque converter didn’t solve it. Nothing we tried solved it ……. So… it’s coming out This 1969 SS Chevelle has been sitting for decades, and we’re still chasing a cold cylinder issue and a shakey rockin motor. In this video, ……I’m going to start pulling the motor we are going to figure this out !!! No shortcuts, no guesswork — just working through it the way we all used to. We have changed spark plug wires, we have changed spark plugs, we have checked the cap and rotor, we changed carburetor base gaskets, we have looked for manifold vacuum leaks, we opened up the carb to check for debris, we did a leak down on the cold cylinders,I have been trying to check all the little things first before I get into thinking it is something bigger…….Something Bigger is now upon us……it has to come out !!!
