IMPORTANT! *** Revised 5-17-20: After making this video, I realized that having the nozzle hanging so low on the second hook would possibly result in uncontrolled siphoning of the gasoline, with the associated catastrophic risks. So I want back to the hardware store and bought a 3/8" - 3/8" hex nipple and a 3/8" - 3/8" coupling, and revised the brass assembly to incorporate those; this moves the 90 degree elbow and nozzle hose nearly an extra 3/4" to the right, further from the gas container. This change allows the nozzle to hook onto my new brass bracket as I originally intended, so the nozzle is high enough to prevent undesired siphoning. I have revised the thumbnail image on this video to show the revised arrangement. *** While my garage's raised tank siphon pump setup works well, there was the small yet nagging issue of the kinked/pinched hose, which reduced the gasoline flow somewhat. With all my free time due to the COVID-19 situation, this is another problem that has now been resolved, as shown.
