The Silver Team manages the tactical layer, coordinating fronts and alignments. The Bronze Team handles the operational execution, focusing on recovery and technical actions. It works similarly to opening multiple situation rooms, separating technical recovery, communication and engagement with regulators, the market and data subjects. Looking ahead to 2026, Igor highlighted digital trust as a central theme. The challenge is how to measure, track and protect this trust in an environment influenced by generative AI, expanding attack surfaces and increased reputational pressure. The goal is to create indicators that help boards and executives clearly understand their organization’s level of digital trust.
