Hello. Today I talk about how no matter how far you look into the narcissist--no matter how far you look into narcissism--you will not find the answer to your woe. You will not find the "person" who hurt you. You will find no one. The narcissist is the presence of something that doesn't exist. The focus should be not on understanding the presence of this lack, but your lived experience of it. Healing takes place through coming to terms with how your body/brain experienced this presence of a lack as opposed to healing taking place through understanding cognitively what this presence of a lack is(n't). Not that it's black and white. Sometimes it helps to understand.
