Gran Reservas are released in years with odd numbers, Reservas in years with even numbers. As the name clearly implies, this is a very special and very limited cigar. I have to admit, this was one of the more difficult cigars to locate. Retailers and re-sellers alike were and are asking for astronomical amounts of money to sell these cigars. However, I was lucky to find them at a La Casa del Habano while traveling overseas, and they were very reasonably priced. An old man owns the LCDH and it seemed like he cared more about selling more cigars than holding on to his inventory. My personal escapades aside, this is a truly remarkable cigar that has and continues to receive much critical acclaim.
