Try it out and let us know how it turns out Ingredients: 1. 1 bunch of fresh spinach (palak) leaves 2. Fresh Green Coriander 3. 1 cup Khesari dal paste 4. 1/2 teaspoon salt 5. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 6. 1 teaspoon red chili powder (optional) 7. 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 8. Oil for frying 9. Green Chilli 10. Zafrani Rang 11. Chutney for serving Instructions: 1. Rinse the spinach leaves and chop them finely. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the Khesari Daal Paste , salt, baking soda, red chili powder, and coriander powder, food colour . 3. Add the chopped spinach leaves to the bowl and mix well. 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. 5. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter into the oil. 6. Fry the pakoras until they are golden brown and crispy. 7. Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels. 8.
